Head Pitching Coach
Keith Bilodeau, the driving force behind The ꓘ-Plex, brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for baseball to every athlete who walks through it's doors. For the past decade, Keith has successfully run "Pitch Like a Pro," a testament to his dedication to player development.
Drafted by the San Francisco Giants, he honed his skills within their farm system for several years. His professional career also included stints with the Bridgeport Bluefish and the New Jersey Jackals.
Locally, Keith is a familiar and respected figure in the Cape Cod baseball community. He spent three formative summers playing in the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League, representing both the Wareham Gatemen and the Chatham Anglers, earning the distinction of a Cape League All-Star. His commitment to the league continued as the Pitching Coach for the Bourne Braves, where he shared his expertise with aspiring collegiate athletes.
Now, with The ꓘ-Plex, Keith's vision is to provide a comprehensive training environment for athletes of all ages and abilities, from those just starting their baseball or softball journey to collegiate players aiming for the next level. His personal experience and proven coaching methods are focused on enhancing and improving individual skills while always nurturing and fostering a genuine love for the game. Keith is dedicated to creating a supportive and challenging atmosphere where every athlete can reach their full potential.

Emily Bilodeau
Physical Therapist
Emily Bilodeau is an experienced physical therapist bringing over 10 years of experience in outpatient care. A seasoned athlete herself, Emily played soccer, hockey and tennis throughout time in high school and college, which has enriched her understanding of sports injuries and how to optimize performance during season and work on preventative care leading into season.
During her time at the University of Maine, she gained experience working in the club athletic training rooms and field-side with several of the club sports. She then went on to the University of Rhode Island where she graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Emily continues to develop her expertise while balancing life as a dedicated mother of three young boys, passionately supporting them in all their athletic pursuits. Her comprehensive rehabilitation knowledge and clinical assessment skills empower her patients and athletes to reach their maximum potential.

Academic Advisor
Mike Young’s career is marked by a consistent record of success and a deep understanding of the game. A local standout, Mike led St. John Paul II School to a MIAA Division 4 State Championship in 2014, earning the prestigious title of 2014 Boston Globe Player of the Year. This early success set the stage for a stellar collegiate career.
Continuing his impressive performance at the collegiate level, Mike was a force to be reckoned with. In 2015, he finished 2nd in NCAA Division 2 in ERA and was named the Northeast-10 Rookie Pitcher of the Year. His talent was recognized throughout his time in the conference, earning him the honor of being a 3-Time Northeast-10 All-League Pitcher.
His success wasn't limited to the regular season. Mike's talent earned him a spot as an All-Star for the New Bedford Bay Sox in the highly competitive NECBL. In 2018, he joined the legendary Cotuit Kettleers in the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League, a testament to his elite skill level. His final collegiate season was capped off by being named an NEIBA All-Star in 2019.
Following his decorated playing career, Mike transitioned seamlessly into coaching and leadership roles, demonstrating his passion for developing the next generation of athletes. He served for 2.5 years as the Pitching Coach & Recruiting Coordinator at Stonehill College, where he honed his skills in player development and recruitment. His commitment to his alma mater brought him back to St. John Paul II School, where he is the Head Baseball Coach. His experience in these roles has given him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build a successful program and mentor young athletes on and off the field.

Brian Tomasini

Head Catching Coach
Brian Tomasini is a highly accomplished and respected baseball coach with a decade of experience dedicated to developing student-athletes from the high school to the professional level. His deep understanding of the game, combined with his passion for unlocking a player's full potential, has made him a sought-after mentor in the baseball community.
As the current Head Coach of Sandwich High School, Tomasini has built a legacy of success. Under his leadership, the Blue Knights have secured six MIAA playoff appearances, four league titles, and have made two historic runs to the state semifinals, the only two in school history. In 2019, he led the team to a record-breaking 19 wins, solidifying his reputation for building winning programs.
Beyond the high school diamond, Tomasini is the founder and head of Prospects Baseball Cape Cod Player Development Program and College Showcase, a premier program focused on preparing aspiring collegiate and professional players for the next level. His expertise as an OnBaseU Certified Hitting Instructor allows him to leverage cutting-edge technology and biomechanics to optimize a player's swing and performance.
Tomasini’s coaching resume is highlighted by his extensive experience in the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League. He has coached for two of the league's most storied franchises, the Falmouth Commodores and the Hyannis Harbor Hawks. During his time with the Commodores, he had the privilege of working with some of the game’s brightest young stars, including Travis Bazzana, the #1 overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft, and Charlie Condon, the #3 overall pick. As the bullpen coach for the Harbor Hawks, he worked with MLB talent like Tampa Bay Rays reliever Peter Fairbanks.
His coaching pedigree also extends to the collegiate ranks, having served as the hitting and catching coach and a key recruiting coordinator at Massachusetts Maritime Academy from 2022 to 2024. In this role, he was instrumental in attracting top-tier student-athletes to the program.
Tomasini's commitment to player development is further evidenced by his participation in the 2023 Area Code Tryouts in Falmouth, MA, one of the most prestigious amateur baseball events in the country, attended by over 30 MLB teams and countless college coaches.
Additionally, Tomasini has had a successful tenure coaching the Clark Haddad Post 188 American Legion baseball team, leading them to three District Championships, three Final 8 appearances, and a State Semifinal appearance. His success has been recognized with two D10 Coach of the Year awards.
Since beginning his coaching career in 2015, Tomasini has been a catalyst for the collegiate aspirations of his players, guiding over 50 student-athletes to play at the next level. The list of schools his players have attended is a testament to his ability to develop talent and connect players with the right opportunities.
